• Authorized Service Providers (ASP): For HP, Lenovo, Acer and IBM to serve their end customers.
• Warranty Extension: Provides additional warranty to customers through sale of CarePaqs. These care packs are sold by Iris as well as the dealers along with the sale of machines. Last year Iris was awarded the "BEST DISTRIBUTOR" for HP CarePaqs.
• Facilities Management Services: Takes the responsibility to manage the complete computer installation and management of the customer. Iris has 7 certified engineers by IBM & HP on its rolls
